8. Payment and Cancellation Terms
8.1 Payment Terms
- Consultation fees are payable as specified during booking
- Prices are listed in Romanian Lei (RON) and include applicable taxes
- Payment methods and processing are handled through secure third-party providers
8.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: Full refund
- Cancellations with 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund
- Emergency medical situations: Case-by-case consideration
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through the Romanian court system.
Before pursuing legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. For consumer protection matters, you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
10. Termination
